Allergy/Anaphylaxis

Having a child with severe allergies can be very serious and an anaphylactic reaction requires immediate medical treatment. 

 

If you child has an allergy that may require medication if exposed, please obtain an Allergy Anaphylaxis Action Plan from your child's healthcare provider. 

 

Please bring in the completed plan with your child's medication to your school health office.
