Oversight Commitee Members

A dedicated group of local residents represents the
community’s interest as the Measure Y Independent Citizens’
Bond Oversight Committee.
Since 2002, the committee has regularly met with district
staff to review expenditures and progress; tour facilities; review
and approve an annual financial and performance audit; and report
to the community.
The annual audits have found that the district is properly
spending Measure Y dollars.
Chairperson Warren Hennagin states that, “The
PYLUSD’s building program is a model for other school districts
to emulate.”
