The Payroll and Risk Management Departments are also under the Fiscal Services oversight. The Payroll Department keeps track of all District employees’ timecards and county reporting. The Risk Management Department is responsible to plan, organize and direct the district’s risk management program, including workers’ compensation, liability, property, employee health benefits, employee and student safety, and other mandated programs. The Accounting Department handles all accounts payable, student body accounts, cash collection, attendance reporting, use of facilities and maintains the financial history of the district.
