How to Register

Athletes may sign up for more than one sport. Make sure you look at dates and times of camps to avoid schedule conflicts.

If you have any questions about a sport call the contact for that sport.

No athlete may participate without the registration form received by the district and a Physical Clearance form received by the school.

1. By Mail:
   (*Check or Money Order Only)
   Complete Registration Form
   Keep back copy for your records
   Attach payment (No Cash)
   Mail Form plus Fees to:

2. By Web:
   Click here to register
   (Payment by credit card only)
   Click on your high school to the right
   Complete registration & payment
   Print Receipt
   
   Complete written Registration Form
   (keep last copy)
   
   Mail to address in #1 or bring 1st class (Athletes can not participate unless the completed form is received by Sports Office or brought to 1st class)
