SISC Colorectal Cancer Screening

Colorectal Cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer deaths in the US. Thankfully, screening tests can help prevent colorectal cancer or find it early, when treatment works best.  For these reasons, SISC is pleased to partner with Quest Diagnostics to offer free at-home colorectal cancer (CRC) screening kits for all SISC PPO members age 45+ enrolled on an active or <65 retiree plan.

The program launches on January 14, 2025. Eligible members who have an email address on file with SISC will receive an email with a link to order their free, at-home InsureOne screening kit. The kit includes simple directions and an envelope for submitting results via the USPS. The test is free, easy, and non-invasive. Additionally, eligible members will be offered the opportunity to order a kit at onsite SISC Health Screening events.

Eligible members may also use the attached flyers to order their kits starting on 1/14/25.
