2019 Summer High School Sports Camps

How to Register for High School Summer Sports Camp
General Information
Athletes may sign up for more than one sport.
Please review dates and times of camps to avoid schedule conflicts. 
No refunds will be issued after the start of a given camp.
If you have any questions about a sport, please call the contact listed.
No athlete may participate without the registration form received by the District and a Physical Clearance form received by the school.

Physical form- Must be turned in to the appropriate high school
Ways to Sign Up
1 . By Web: (Starts 5/8/19 at noon) (Credit Card Only)
  • Select the attachment below for your high school for a list of camps
  • Complete FamilyID registration & payment online opens May 8, 2019 at 12:00 pm
  • Mail to address listed below in option #2 
  • Turn in Physical Form to the appropriate high school
  • Athletes cannot participate unless the completed FamilyID Registration, full payment and physical is received by the high school Athletic Director.
2. By Mail: (Check or Money Order Only)
  • Print your FamilyID Registration Print Out and mail with your check
  • Attach payment (No Cash)
  • Mail  FamilyID Registration Print Out plus check or money order to:
           PYLUSD Summer Sports Camps: 4999 Casa Loma Ave., Yorba Linda, CA 92886
  • Turn in Physical Form to the appropriate high school
3. In Person: (Check or Money Order Only)
  • Come to the Expanded Learning Office or Home School Site to use a Chromebook to Register through the FamilyID website
  • Turn in Physical Form to the appropriate high school
  • Attach payment (No Cash)
  • Deliver to:     1) High School Office
                       or 2) PYLUSD Summer High School Sports Office

2019 Summer Sports Registration Will Open May 8, 2019 @ 12:00 pm

We are excited to announce that we are now offering the convenience of online registration through FamilyID www.familyid.com
FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to sign-up for Summer Programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.



A parent/guardian should register by clicking on your child's High School Summer Sports Camp Site link below.


Follow these steps:


If you do not have a Family ID account already please start at step 1.  If you do have a Family ID account already please skip to step 6. 

  1. Go to FamilyID.com
  2. Click create account (top right hand corner)
  3. Enter your name, email twice and agree to the terms or service, and click the green create account button. 
  4. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).
  5. Click on the link in your activation E-mail, which will log you in to FamilyID.com
  6. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.
  7. Click the Continue button when your form is complete.
  8. Review your registration summary. Then follow step 9 below under the correct payment type you wish to make. 


You may pay by check, cashier's check, money order, credit card or debit card.


For check, cashier's check or money order payment: 

     9. Click on the green submit button, you are not done until you get a message that your registration is complete. 


** Note Registration is not complete without payment (turned into Expanded Learning Office; address below)  and original copy of physical turned into the high school athletic office.

For credit or debit card payment through FamilyID (Stripe):

9. Click the green Pay & Submit button

10. On the next screen, click on Proceed to Payment to be directed to the payment processor (Stripe).

11. In Stripe, you may use a credit or debit card to process your payment. Input the cardholder’s full name, the card number, expiration date and CVC code.

12. After you click Pay, you will receive a completion email from the payment processor confirming your payment and an email from FamilyID confirming your registration.

At any time, you may log in at www.familyid.com to update your information and to check your registration(s).
To view a completed registration, select the 'Registration' tab on the blue bar.
