Principal for a Day Event in Partnership with Placentia & Yorba Linda Chambers of Commerce

Principal for a Day invites local professionals, business owners, and elected officials involved with the Placentia and Yorba Linda Chambers of Commerce to shadow Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District principals on their respective campuses all morning. One “guest principal” is assigned to each school. Following the morning on campuses, guest principals and principals enjoy a group luncheon with district leaders. Guest principals then have the opportunity to share about their experiences on PYLUSD campuses and hear brief updates from leaders at the Chambers and the school district. Event contributions benefit student scholarships and teacher grants in PYLUSD.
