Live Board Meetings

In an effort to utilize all available resources to communicate with stakeholders and the community at large, the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) will offer a live stream feed for regularly scheduled Board Meetings. The district first began researching solutions to live stream Board Meetings due to the COVID-19 pandemic and public interest in watching through a remote setting. 

All regularly scheduled Board Meetings will be live-streamed in moving forward. A recording of the meeting will be posted the morning following the live-streamed Board Meeting. Board Meetings are held once a month with two meetings in April and June. 

Despite the addition of the live stream service, Board Meetings will continue to be open to the public if you wish to attend in person or participate in public comment. The live stream may capture images and sounds of those in attendance. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis and standing room will not be available in the Board Room. Seats may not be reserved. Doors will open to the public 15 minutes prior to the start of a meeting.
