IPM

Use a (IPM) ecosystem/facilities-based strategy for long-term prevention of pests or their damage.  This is done by a combination of biological control, habitat/structure modification and good sanitation.  Pesticides are used only after monitoring indicates they are above established guidelines. Pest control materials are selected and applied to minimize risks to human/pets and the environment.
