Transportation Plan

California Education Code Sections 39800.1 and 41850.1 were added as part of the Budget Act, which states the district must develop a plan to provide home-to-school (HTS) transportation, report specific data about the impact of the HTS plan, include various stakeholders, and formally adopt the plan on or before April 1, 2024.
