Classified employees working less than 20 hours per week may participate in supplemental protection plans through American Fidelity such as:

*Life Insurance

 

NOTE: This does not include health insurance

You MUST have the following information available for your appointment:

 

*Written proof of salary (paystub)

*Social security number
