Dear PYLUSD Community,
Did you know that the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) includes preschools? The district currently has five preschools serving children from the ages of two and a half-year-olds to five years old. The district’s Expanded Learning Department is conducting a survey to assess the needs of the surrounding community regarding care/schooling for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
The results from this survey will be used to plan programs and priorities for the next school year. There are ten questions that should take approximately five minutes or less to answer. Please fill out the survey by Friday, December 10, 2021. Your time and feedback are greatly appreciated.
If you do not have any children that are newborn to four years old, you do not need to complete this survey. However, if you know of someone in the district community that does have a child newborn to four years old, we ask you to kindly pass this information to them to help us reach all community members.

¿Sabía que el Distrito Escolar Unificado Placentia Yorba Linda (PYLUSD) incluye preescolares? El distrito cuenta actualmente con cinco centros preescolares que atienden a niños desde las edades de dos años y medio hasta los cinco años. El Departamento de Aprendizaje Ampliado del distrito está realizando una encuesta para evaluar las necesidades de la comunidad circundante con respecto al cuidado/ escolarización de bebés, niños pequeños y preescolares.
Los resultados de esta encuesta se utilizarán para planificar programas y prioridades para el próximo año escolar. Hay diez preguntas que deberían tomar aproximadamente cinco minutos o menos para responder. Complete la encuesta antes del viernes 10 de diciembre de 2021. Agradecemos mucho su tiempo y comentarios.
Si usted no tiene hijos de cero a cuatro años, no es necesario que complete esta encuesta.
