Online Data Confirmation Information

The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) will continue to utilize the Online Data Confirmation for the 2018-19 school year. Online Data Confirmation will allow for PYLUSD parents/guardians to update student information through the Aeries Parent Portal (https://portal.pylusd.org), rather than having to complete and return the traditional student information paperwork.

PYLUSD families should complete the Online Data Confirmation process with their Parent Portal account and review the 2018-19 Parent Information Handbook. Please note, at the end of the Online Data Confirmation process, you must download, print, sign, and return the "Parent Information Acknowledgement" document included below. Throughout the school year, parents/guardians will also be able to view student attendance records, grades, standardized test scores, and more through the Aeries Parent Portal.  

PYLUSD parents/guardians are strongly encouraged to access their Aeries Parent Portal account. Follow steps #1 and #2 directly below to complete the entire Online Data Confirmation process.

Step #1 of 2: Complete the Online Data Confirmation process at https://portal.pylusd.org
 
  • Upon signing in to the Aeries Parent Portal, click "Data Confirmation" under the "Student Info" tab (top left corner) to begin the process. You will be able to review the 2018-19 Parent Information Handbook during this process.
  • If you require assistance in creating and/or accessing the Aeries Parent Portal or completing the Online Data Confirmation, please contact the PYLUSD Technology Help Desk at (714) 985-8733 or reference the "Parent Instructions" document below.

 
Step #2 of 2: Download, print, sign, and return the Parent Information Acknowledgement document (available in the Aeries Parent Portal or below) to your student's school site at registration (middle and high schools) or at the beginning of the school year (elementary schools).
