Local Students Selected for Tobacco Prevention Campaign

This year’s entries were centered on the theme “Tobacco and Hollywood” to illustrate how the use of tobacco products in movies has a negative influence on youth.  Middle school students from across Orange County submitted more than 100 entries.  The posters were displayed through public venues in Orange County this past year.

Winning entries from Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District students were designed by:
  • Bernardo Middle School students Alyssa Chang and Lauren Schaefer;
  • Kraemer Middle School Student Chelsea Marasigan;
  • Yorba Linda Middle School students Amanda Kim and Alex Lee;
  • Yorba Linda Middle School student Ashley Woehrmann;
  • Yorba Linda Middle School students Hannah Miller and Sophia Willie;
