2026 Graduation Ceremony Information
High School Graduation Information
Below is the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District's 2026 graduation schedule. All ceremonies will take place in person on their respective dates and times. El Camino Real, El Dorado, Esperanza, Valencia, and Yorba Linda high schools graduation ceremonies will all be offered via live stream on www.youtube.com/placentiayorbalindaunifiedschooldistrict. Schools will share more details with students and families.
High School Stadium Graduations

Guest Information
- Tickets are required for both Bradford and Nathan Shapell Stadium.
- Children under 5 years of age do not require a ticket.
- Re-entry is not permitted
- Seating is general admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Due to venue capacity limitations, admission to the stadium cannot be guaranteed once maximum occupancy is reached.
- Gates open at 4:00 p.m. and the procession begins at 6:00 p.m. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow sufficient time for ticket verification, security screening, and seating.

Nathan Shapell Stadium Shuttle Service
To help accommodate guests and reduce traffic congestion, complimentary shuttle service will be available for ceremonies at Nathan Shapell Stadium from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Shuttles will operate continuously between:
- Nathan Shapell Stadium (YLHS)
- Orange County School of Computer Science (OCSCS)
- Fairmont Elementary School
- Surrounding neighborhood parking areas
Shuttle wait times are approximately 15 minutes. Shuttle service will include both transit buses and wheelchair-accessible buses. Guests requiring wheelchair transportation from neighborhood parking locations may request assistance. The final shuttle departure from Nathan Shapell Stadium will be at 8:30 p.m.
Please remember to lock your vehicle and do not leave valuables inside. Parking attendants will not be monitoring parking areas closely.
At the Stadium
First Aid
- First Aid stations are located inside each stadium and can be identified by a red tent. If assistance is needed, please visit the nearest station or notify a staff member.
Venue Guidelines
Public Safety Bag Policy
- To provide a safer environment for the public and expedite entry, guests are encouraged to bring only essential items. Bags may be subject to inspection upon entry.
Security at Gate Entry
- There will be electronic screening equipment (metal detectors) in use at all venue entry gates. Before entering, guests must pass through the metal detectors.
Be Prepared
- These ceremonies are scheduled to occur rain or shine. The stadium is an open space and little to no shade is available during the ceremony. Dress for the heat; light clothing is advisable. Hats, visors, and sun block are also highly recommended.
Prohibited Items: Confiscated items will be subject to disposal.
