Asthma

Asthma is a very serious condition. If your child has asthma, please consult with your child's healthcare provider to obtain an Asthma Action Plan. 

 

Please bring in the completed plan with your child's inhaler (with spacer) to your school health office. 

 

*Your child may carry their own inhaler if approved by the healthcare provider and school nurse.
