The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) will celebrate California Week of the Teacher, affectionately known as Teacher Appreciation Week, May 5-11, 2019.
Albert Einstein, world-renowned theoretical physicist, once said, “It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.”
PYLUSD is filled with such teachers, dedicated to painting a picture of achievement for all students through rigorous, yet relevant educational experiences. Student achievement, the core of the District’s mission and vision, could not be made possible without the masterful artistry of our educators. They are the heart and soul of our organization, and positively impact the lives of each and every PYLUSD student.
