Esperanza Students Impress at National Conference

These amazing students represented Esperanza, the North Orange County Regional Occupational Program (NOCROP) and the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District with pride and excellence as they competed against the best of the best in the nation. All gold, silver and bronze medalists from 50 states come together for a five-day conference and competed in medical-related events. There was a record breaking 8,300 competitors, advisors and guests at this year’s national conference! Our Esperanza student Kayla McGeorge was recognized as a "Top Ten Finalist" for Medical Photography! All these remarkable Esperanza students had a fantastic and memorable experience! Teacher Valerie Easton was extremely proud of each and every one of them for their professionalism, commitment, strong work ethic and dedication. Congratulations to all Esperanza High HOSA students for competing at the national level! Go Aztecs!
