2026 - 2027 Pay Schedule Adjustments

1. Teachers and Certificated Staff on Calendar CE185

Certificated pay will be issued over 10 pay periods, beginning August 30, 2026, and ending May 31, 2027. This aligns directly with the approved instructional calendar.

2. Classified Staff (Less Than 12 Months)

Classified employees who work less than 12 months will be paid from 

  • September 10, 2026, through June 10, 2027.

OR

  • September 10, 2026, through July 10, 2027

Please check your pay schedule based on your calendar (attached).  

3. Managers Less than 12-month

Managers will be paid according to the month in which they begin and end their assignment. This change does not impact 12-month managers.

4. Voluntary Deductions (Health Insurance, Dues, etc.)

All voluntary deductions, including health insurance, other benefit elections, dues, and 403(b)/457, will adjust to align with the new pay dates.

For all 12-month employees, pay dates will remain the same, however, voluntary deductions will shift to begin one month earlier and conclude one month earlier to align with the revised schedule.

Please review the example below for an illustration of how this shift will look. (Certificated paid last day of the month, Classified on the 10th) Deductions will begin in August and end in May.
