Electronic Timecards - New
The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District will transition to an electronic timecard system, Informed K12, for all employees in mid-November. Below are instructions for Certificated and Classified employees to submit timecards using this new format. Please contact the Payroll Department at 714-985-8460 if you have any questions.
Step #1: Access your form.
Step #2: Enter your name and email.
Click on Go to form to begin filling it out! You do not need an account to fill out the form.

Step #3: Fill out all required fields.
Red Fields are REQUIRED. Yellow Fields are optional. When filling out your time, put hours in the first field and minutes in the second field on each day.

Step #4: Save Progress on your form in order to fill out your timesheet throughout the month.
Click on the ‘Save Progress’ button on the top right-hand corner of your form to continue filling out your form at a later date. When you save progress, you will receive an email with the link to your form. Access that link in order to continue filling out hours on your timesheet.
Step #5: Click on the red SUBMIT FORM button and select the next approver.
Choose your school site or department and click “Send to this recipient” and you’re done!
