Our Early Learning Centers use a holistic approach and aim to meet the developmental and individual needs of all children in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. We are guided by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
Each classroom consists of a 12:1 ratio. Upon arrival, the children have a classroom meeting. Children discuss the day ahead and plan for the day's activities. Our Early Learning Centers encourage active learning that uses children’s natural curiosity, motivators, and abilities. Next students participate in play-based center time with provocations set by the teacher. Students enjoy dramatic play, projects, building blocks, sensory play, manipulatives, and our writing center. This allows children to make choices, create ideas, and converse and interact with their peers. Center time is guided by state developmentally appropriate curriculum and standards (California Learning Foundations and Frameworks). Teachers also promote the student's social-emotional skills using research-based practices. Afterward, students clean up by independently organizing the materials and putting them back in their designated areas. Next, children participate in large group activities. This may include storytime, literacy, math writing, science, music, dance, or games that focus on the above-mentioned skills. Children then break into small guided groups with their teachers. The small groups are designed to meet the needs of each individual child according to their current learning level. Children practice communication and writing skills. Children then exercise their gross motor skills and social-emotional skills during outdoor play. At the end of the day, children review what they have learned and are encouraged to gather their belongings independently before being dismissed.

Important Notes:
- Non-refundable registration fee: $75.00/child, $100.00/family.
- Fall, winter, and spring camps are available for an additional fee.
- Your child must be 2.9 by September 1, 2023.
- Classroom ratio: 12:1.
- Lunch: Only for full-day students and is provided by family.
- Snacks are provided by the preschool program.
