When utilizing your vision insurance you may request a prescription from your eye doctor and fill it at a retailer of your choice such as COSTCO, Lenscrafters, etc. Please contact the retailer to make sure they accept VSP insurance and find out their process for filling prescriptions. You may have to pay upfront and then submit a claim form to VSP.
