The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has developed a new Medi-Cal for Kids & Teens Toolkit. This Toolkit is intended to educate and inform families and providers in Medi-Cal about the federal Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPSDT) requirement.
