Diabetes
Our school nurses are here to help your child with diabetes. Please make sure to obtain current Diabetes Management Plan orders from your child's endocrinologist prior to each school year and discuss with your school nurse. We will develop an Individualized Health Plan to share with important staff members at school. Please let us know if you have any questions.
