With Welltheory, an autoimmune expert team provides personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching to fill in the gaps left behind by traditional treatments and medications. Listed below is what is included:

- Regular video calls with a Registered Dietitian
- A personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan
- Unlimited messaging and flexible appointments

undiagnosed symptoms like chronic pain, fatigue, digestive or skin issues, and more.
WellTheory is free for eligible SISC members and dependents over age 18 enrolled in an
Anthem PPO health plan.

WellTheory is available through a smartphone application at no cost to SISC members enrolled on an active or under-65 PPO plan. In addition to those with autoimmune conditions, the program may benefit those experiencing chronic symptoms such as muscle and joint pain, fatigue, digestive issues, and/or skin problems.
